The Swedish Institute Baltic Sea Region Cooperation/Visby Program now has the pleasure to announce the scholarship call for the academic year 2013/2014 for talented students and researchers coming from Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia and Ukraine for studies or research at universities in Sweden.

Invite Swedish students, PhD candidates, researchers, experts

Swedish students, PhD candidates and researchers employed at universities in Sweden can apply for scholarships from SI, for study or research visits in any of the countries included in the Baltic Sea Region Cooperation. Also representatives of other organizations in Sweden can apply for scholarships. They have to be invited to the host country for expert visits with the purpose of capacity-building (related to for example higher education, innovation/incubation practices, science park development, establishing of collaborations in the Baltic Sea Region).
